Yes. Glass railings are completely fine either inside your home or as an exterior application. All our hardware is high grade aluminum and stainless steel which can be powder coated in many different finishes which helps add to the longevity. Unlike wood railings which require refinishing and re-staining glass is an amazingly durable material. Even metal and iron railings can rust and oxidize in the elements.

Though building restrictions can be more stringent we have a team to assist and walk you through the process of designing a system for your business. Yes, for most projects we offer digital renderings so you can visualize your railing system before installation. This will ensure we are all on the same page so there are no surprises come installation day. At Glass Railing Seattle we take serious pride in our communication with our customers.

DIY is possible, but professional installation ensures safety, compliance, and long-term performance. If you are serious about  installing yourself we have no problem selling you quality materials that you could pickup at our Kent location. 

Yes. Our systems are designed for year-round installation with proper precautions. We take pride in our homeland in the PNW and provide quality products in the worst of weather. Rain or snow we are here to ensure our customers get an incredible product within a timely manner.

Yes. In the rare case a piece of glass is damaged, removing and replacing is a quick and easy process. Our systems are engineered with longevity in mind so making sure we can maintain for many years to come is high on our priority list.

Most projects are ready within 2–4 weeks, depending on customization and availability. If you have a deadline and are behind we will work with you to rush whatever we can while still maintaining quality. Please inform us of any time constraints during our initial consultation and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Yes, we offer full-service solutions from measurement and consultation to final installation. Generally we will start with some plans and rough measurements to ensure our services are something that will work with your budget. From there we will come do a free site visit to discuss details and go over your expectations. Once a deposit is made we will return in a few weeks to install your glass railing system.

We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. We generally require a %50 deposit to get materials ordered and expect the remaining balance after ensuring our customers are satisfied with the installation and product.
