1. Use of Website

You may browse our website, view project galleries, submit quote requests, or contact our team through available forms. All content on this website — including text, logos, images, videos, project photos, and product information — is the property of Glass Railing Seattle and may not be copied, altered, or republished without our written permission.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Any price estimate or quote provided by Glass Railing Seattle is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Final pricing is subject to change based on project scope, material availability, site access, design revisions, and other conditions.

We reserve the right to revise or cancel any quote prior to the approval and acceptance of terms by both parties.

3. Scheduling & Installation

By scheduling a project with Glass Railing Seattle, you agree to:

✔︎ Provide accurate site access and working conditions

✔︎ Approve all designs, materials, and measurements before fabrication

✔︎ Ensure the installation area is cleared and ready on the scheduled date

Installations are performed by trained and qualified professionals. Any post-installation changes or modifications requested by the client may incur additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard payment terms are as follows:

– A deposit is required to begin fabrication

– The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation

– Late payments may be subject to additional fees or delayed service

– We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.

5. Warranty Coverage

Glass Railing Seattle offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible products we manufacture and install. This includes glass railing systems, shower enclosures, glass wall partitions, and more.

The warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship
Structural or installation issues related to our original scope

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, impact, or third-party modifications
Normal wear and tear, mineral buildup, or weather exposure
Products not installed by Glass Railing Seattle

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Projects canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation or service fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glass Railing Seattle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of those websites.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
