What’s Covered
If any part of your system fails due to a manufacturing or installation defect within twenty years from the installation date, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Our warranty applies exclusively to products fabricated and installed by our team—ensuring full accountability and quality control from start to finish.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear from everyday use
Water conditions (such as hard water buildup or staining)
Impact, misuse, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications
Products installed, altered, or moved by anyone other than Glass Railing Seattle
Proper use and care are essential for maintaining warranty eligibility.
How Repairs or Replacements Work
All warranty claims must be submitted for review and approved by our team before any work is performed. We reserve the right to determine whether a repair or full replacement is necessary. Any approved labor will be credited at a rate determined by us.
We do not cover incidental, special, or consequential damages—our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component.
Eligibility & Legal Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It becomes void if the product is moved, altered, or reinstalled by any party other than Glass Railing Seattle. This is the sole and exclusive warranty we provide—replacing any and all other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
